Projects in Kullagymnasiet, Höganäs

Three students, Anna, Emilie and Frida did a project on the Gunnar Nilsson's Cancer Foundation and the cancer.

The project was divided into three parts:

1. First they took careful track of who was the Gunnar Nilsson Foundation, and what are.

2. Then they were out on the town and raised funds. They received 4 823:50 sek.
This amount will be included in the total amount to come in to our account 90.
Who gets the amount collected in 2010 are published on our website in May / June.

3. Anna has also done some work on cancer. Gunnar died of testicular cancer but
because the prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men today , often fatal,
she chose to write about this disease.

Thursday, March 4, it was time to present the project work at a fair in Höganäs People's House, where we were invited.

The entire project was presented in a very nice way of PowerPoint with information and pictures of both Gunnar and his mother. The images reflected throughout Gunnar's career on the race tracks around the world, and his tragic death in testicular cancer and the formation of our Foundation. Today Gunnar had almost certainly been cured.

Anna's statement on prostate cancer was presented in a binder. She has very carefully taken out all about this cancer, the different varieties, treatment, etc. The information she downloaded from the Internet all the time and explained the source from which she received the information.

The Foundation has been following the project's progress and constantly been informed, for example, on how the collection has gone.

We think it was a very nice initiative by the students.
